Comprehensive Kids Ministry Checklist

It takes a lot to run a kids ministry. This checklist contains all the major action items required to run a kids ministry. The primary purpose of this checklist is to make sure things don't fall through the cracks, to help communicate to campus pastors and potential helpers what work is required to run a kids ministry, to divide up responsibilities amongst a Kids Lead Team or Grow Team and to delegate duties to a church member who maybe doesn’t want to teach but is willing to help. There may be some special action items for your local campus that aren't on here but this is a great place to start in developing your own comprehensive checklist!
