DESCRIPTION
The preferred method of checking in a first-time family is for a Check-in Grow Team member to greet the family and enter their information into the system before the children are checked into class so that the children have correct name tags with the parents phone number on it in case there is an emergency, and make sure that the next time the family attends service, their check-in experience will be seamless. That being said, there may be situations that [occasionally] arise where a families information cannot be entered upon their arrival. In these instances, this form can be given to the parent to fill out.
